Buildman requires very minimal data entry on the site while ensuring that the most important site data is collected effectively. The site data with images are visible to the Manager the moment the Site Engineer synchronises the data.
Buildman is an offline app. We understand that most construction sites are in areas where a data connection may not be available. You can update the task status on Buildman as and when required & synchronise when you have data connectivity.
Buildman App can be used by multiple users for the same site. User can be allocated different User Roles like "Site Engineer" & "Project Manager". Status may be updated by the Engineer which shall be available to the Manager upon synchronisation.
Buildman allows your site Engineer to update task completion status, take images, attach the images with various tasks & record various site issues as & when required...right on the location. Further, the app allows data entry even when there is no connectivity available. The Engineer can then "Sync" the app when connnectivity is available.
Buildman understands that a lot of documents are required on site at various stages of the construction including drawings, images, product specifications, product manuals and various authorisations, permissions & certifications. These documents need to be handy and the site Engineer needs to be able to retrieve it as & when required. Buildman provides a "Document Vault" for each project where all such documents can be shared with all concerned.
